Happy Monday my friend, I hope today finds you with a smile on your face and a song in your heart.

Hugs,
GrammyJ

We met upon the Internet,
A friendship electronic,
Expressed alone in words and thoughts,
Inevitably platonic.

We live too far apart for us
To mingle in the flesh,
But much more close than family,
Our hearts and feelings mesh.

Your dear, dear self reveals itself
Without a voice or face.
We have our own sweet home within
Our precious cyberspace.

Good day my friend! I hope you are having a terrific day.
GrammyJ

May the world hug you today,
With its warmth, and love.
Pray it whispers a joyful tune
in your heart.
And may the wind carry a voice
that tells you there is a friend,
sitting in another corner of the world,
wishing you well!

Wow, I am really late today.  Sorry! Half the week over, only a couple more days to go till the weekend!
GrammyJ

Always remember to forget
The things that made you sad.
But never forget to remember
The things that made you glad.
Always remember to forget
The friends that proved untrue.
But never forget to remember
Those that have stuck by you.
Always remember to forget
The troubles that passed away.
But never forget to remember
The blessings that come each day.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR FRIENDS

Friend is a word that I don't throw around
Though it's used and abused, I still like the sound.
I save it for people who've done right by me
And I know I can count on, if ever need be.
Some of my friends drive big limousines
Own ranches and banks and visit with queens,
And some of my friends are up to their neck
In overdue notes and can't write a check.
They're singers or ropers or writers of prose
And others, God bless 'em, can't blow their own nose!
I guess bein' friends don't have nothing' to do
With talent or money or knowin' who's who.
It's a comfortable feelin' when you don't have to care,
'Bout chosin' your words or bein' quite fair.
'Cause friends'll just listen and let go on by
Those words you don't mean and not bat an eye.
It makes a friend happy to see your success.
They're proud of yer good side and forgive all the rest.
And that ain't so easy, all of the time,
Sometimes I get crazy and seem to go blind!
Yer friend just might have to take you on home,
Or remind you sometime, that you're not alone.
Or ever so gently pull you back to the ground,
When you think you can fly, with no one around.
A hug or a shake, whichever seems right
Is the high point of givin', I'll tell ya tonight,
All worldly riches and tributes of men,
Can't hold a candle to the worth of a friend

Subject: It's The Weekend!!

Well my friend, the weekend is upon us.  Time to relax and enjoy!  Have a great one,
GrammyJ

Don't ever stop dreaming your dreams
They're a very essential part of you.
Do whatever you can to make them a reality.
By the course you take,
the plans you make...
and all the things you do.
Don't dwell on past mistakes...
leave yesterday behind you.
Along with all of its problems,
worries and doubts.

Do realize that you can't change the past,
but just ahead is the future...
And you Can do something about that!
Don't try to accomplish everything at once,
life can be difficult enough...

Without adding frustration to the list.
Do travel one step at a time
and reach for one goal at a time.
That's the way to find out what real
accomplishment is.

Don't be afraid to try the impossible...
even if others don't think you'll succeed.
Do remember that history is filled
with incredible accomplishments...

Of those that others thought were
foolish enough to Believe.
And yet they did!
Don't forget that there are many things
that are Wonderful, Rare and Unique about You!

Hello my friend. Wishing you a beautiful weekend.

INNER PEACE
A tendency to think and act spontaneously
rather than from fears based on past experiences
An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment
A loss of interest in judging self
A loss of interest in judging others
A loss of interest in conflict
A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others
A loss of ability to worry
Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation
Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature
Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes of the heart
Increased susceptibility to love extended by others as well
as the urge to extend it
An increased tendency to let things happen
May you always continue to have Inner Peace...

Subject: Have A Blessed Sunday

When the day has come and gone,
And you're sitting there all alone,
Feeling angry, depressed and rejected,
Wondering if your life can ever be corrected,
Needing someone to call your very own,
Someone whose love and devotion is clearly shown,
Someone to sit and talk to,
who will understand your dreams,
your wishes, and things you would like to plan,
Someone to laugh and have fun with,
Someone to help you enjoy life just a little bit,
Life does have a way of dealing low blows,
Leaving you confused, unhappy
and wondering which way to go,
When all your efforts to find or
recapture happiness have been at their best,
Then only God can do the rest.
